• search and locate the right professionals and to assure that they are professionally active (not unemployed);

• a selection through a huge compilation of details, which are included in a personal dossier, a personal interview and the realization of a professional capabilities practical test;

• language teaching of the selected candidates, by means of an Intensive Suggestopedic Language Course of 50 hours of duration, including technical terminology;

• work safety teaching of the selected candidates, accordingly to the UK labour legislation (PTS or similar), by means of an Intensive Suggestopedic Course of 40 hours of duration;

• organize the logistics for the traveling of selected personnel from Bulgaria to the worksite in the UK;

• all necessary documents needed for incorporating the Bulgarian staff to the professional routine of the client;

• give support to the client in every moment during the stay of the workers (translations and interpreting of medical exams, work safety, training courses, etc..);

• give support to the expatriated workers during their stay (social integration, professional integration, language help, etc..);
